Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

- Products showing signs of use or alteration.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day return period.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return authorization.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping cost whenever applicable.
For returns based on personal preference, incorrect ordering, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping fees are refundable only when the return results from our error.

7. Exchanges
We replace products only when they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you require a different style, color, or design, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure after delivery.
